How to Enable Cookies

If you are seeing a message that your browser's cookie functionality is disabled, it's possible that you don't have cookies enabled in your browser. Below are listed browser-specific instructions on how to enable your cookies.

If these instructions do not work, try disabling your security software (e.g. Norton Security, McAfee AntiVirus, etc. ) to see if it resolves the issue. If so, refer to your security software help file to find out how to add our website as a trusted website.

Google Chrome
  1. Select the Chrome menu icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
  4. In the Privacy section, select Content settings.
  5. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  6. Select Done.
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click on the Menu button and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy panel.
  3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable cookies.
  5. Make sure Accept third party cookies is also not set to Never.
  6. Close the Preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Microsoft Edge
  1. Press the three-dot More Actions button on the top right.
  2. Select Settings from the menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Tap or click View Advanced Settings.
  4. Press the dropdown arrow under the Cookies field.
  5. Select either Don't Block Cookies or Block Only Third Party Cookies.
  6. Exit the settings panel by clicking anywhere else on the page.
Microsoft Internet Explorer (v.9 through v.11)
  1. Tap or click the Tools button, and then tap or click Internet options.
  2. Tap or click the Privacy tab.
  3. Under Settings, move the slider to the bottom to allow cookies.
  4. Tap or click OK.
Safari for OSX (Mac)
  1. Choose Safari > Preferences
  2. Click Privacy
  3. Select a Cookies and website data option: Either Allow from websites I visit or Always allow.
Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad)
  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. For iOS 8 and 9: set Block Cookies to Always Allow.
  3. For iOS 7: set Block Cookies to Never.
